Nipype-ify Denoiser

Project Description

Adapt the Denoiser nuisance cleaning pipeline to be a Nipype workflow and use existing workflows/nodes (e.g. from Niworkflows).

Skills required to participate

Basic experience with Python programming. You don't need to know Nipype already; we can learn together!

Integration

If you're not a programer, but are familiar with fMRI pre- and post-processing, you can contribute by helping to test the code on your data, helping to write documentation, and by suggesting ideas of new features you would like to see included in future versions.

I messaged you on Mattermost, but I've looked at denoiser before and never actually tested it--is it working out of the box at the moment for FMRIPREP-processed data? Would possibly be interested in digging in further.
