Unfilled Mandatory Fields Not Highlighted During Questionnaire Submission in Encounter

When submitting a questionnaire in the Encounter module, if a mandatory field is not filled, the form does not submit as expected. However, the unfilled mandatory fields are not being highlighted, which creates confusion for users trying to identify the missing inputs.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to the Encounter module.
• Fill out the questionnaire form, leaving one or more mandatory fields blank.
• Attempt to submit the form.
