docs: Update README with traversal, viz, watch, confidence features

Add documentation for all new wiki capabilities:
- Knowledge traversal (trace, nearby, context)
- Interactive HTML knowledge map (viz)
- File watcher for auto-ingest (watch)
- Confidence scoring with labels
- Keystone page detection in schema
- URL ingestion
- Updated command reference, quick start, testing guide
- Updated roadmap to v0.8 (wiki advanced features)
- Updated comparison table with 7 new feature rows
- Updated architecture diagram
