Seems like it was removed in the 0.16 releases for some reason? Latest one I see: https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/0.15.25/keyboards/ergodash

It seems to be moved to https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/master/keyboards/omkbd/ergodash in qmk/qmk_firmware#16116. I think replacing keyboards/ergodash with keyboards/omkbd/ergodash will work.
