Goal #1 for Android Programming

Get a list of the experiments from the existing list and programmatically list them in the UI
This requires the ability to work around the existing code, understand it, create a new space in the UI for the list, and create a looping logic to populate it

Point of reference should be Daniel for examples on how to do this simply.
