does anyone have a tool that simplifies searching github

github offers no fine tuning results. [python] easy, yet a search like yandex perforator returns no results.

if you can help that would be much appreciated!

I appreciate the reply. I didn't see a notification so the late response. I realized perforator probably wouldn't run on iOS when I asked the question but the question is more about how to efficiently search GitHub rather than about perforator.
