Eventually I'd like the tree to show user-configurable relations, other than just "subclass". The most obvious candidate is "has part" but it would be great to support arbitrary relations. For MRO we could show relations between genes, proteins, complexes, haplotypes, etc. It might also be useful to see instances in the same tree.
