Direct x 11 support

I think my igpu (intel hd 4000) would run the game fine but on windows it doesn't have opengl 4.3 only 4.0 and direct x.

We will likely never add DirectX support because it is a step in the wrong direction. Vulkan would be the likely next step because it provides more support for relevant modern platforms.

However with that said, you are very unlikely to get good performance with the intel HD 4000 anyway, judging from the reported performance from users with similar low end hardware that is new enough to support OpenGL 4.3
