[Feature Request] Make releases immutable

Feature enabled, thanks for reminding me as I forgot about this being added. I think it will only apply to future releases.

For anyone in the future reading this, it goes without saying that this only protects half of the potential supply-chain attack vectors:

• Changing releases after they have been made (we never would modify an existing release, and this feature prevents that)
• Malicious changes in future releases -- still a vector, and the one that is becoming increasingly more popular.

Probably a good spot to also remind to never run untrusted OpenGOAL code mods on your PC either 🙂
