In our board the Rx works well for low signals when the Rx BB gain is set to 4. But that for higher signals it doesnt work. By that i mean it was around a 30 db window of working. We notice that has the Rx BBgain is decreased by 1 it effects the sensitivity performance by around 6 dB.
The problem is that shifting 16bit by 4 causes problems for higher signals.
Could you point out which part of the ofdm rx process is sensitive to this Rx Gain ?
We have this running on a adrv9002 with 16bit IQ data.
