Segmentation fault with python3.12

Installing and executing the open-terminal backend using python3.12 ends in Segmentation fault (Core dumped). Seems to happen with any open-terminal command except the command list.

I switched to python3.11 to have it work.

Feel free to close this issue if it is a known issue or if the error is environment specific - I did not try with python3.13.

OPEN_TERMINAL_UVICORN_LOOP=asyncio should fix this, keep us posted!
