multiqc cannot output the corresponding file. Trying the tsv and yaml files that pairtools stats outputs as input to multiqc doesn't work either. v1.20 and v1.12 versions of multiqc were also tried.
I've actually encountered the same problem. Not only MultiQC (both v1.21, this one probably was to be expected, and your fork of v.1.20.dev) does not recognize my stat files but it also ignores test pairtools stat files from here: https://github.com/MultiQC/test-data/tree/main/data/modules/pairtools/v0.3.0
At the same time everything works fine let say for fastqc output.
