Display power management is not working

Since Rock 5B does not have a lid to close, I hope it can turn off the display when idle.

It does close display via HDMI in my environment.

I tried to set Power -> When idle to “Turn off display”, and waited for 30 minutes, but the display is still on.

@Damenly This issue still exists on R114. When Power -> When idle is set to “Sleep”, the device does sleep after 10 minutes. But for “Turn off display”, the displays never power off.
