Elect 2025 OCI TOB Chair - Call for Nominees #147

Now that the TOB election has ended, @opencontainers/tob need to elect a chair for the new cohort. @samuelkarp has been the TOB chair for 2024 and is eligible to stand again.

Anyone on the TOB is eligible to serve as chair. If you are interested in nominating yourself to serve as chair, please comment on this issue by Friday, Feb. 7.

If there is only one nominee, that person will be appointed as chair. If there are multiple nominees, we will hold an election per the charter.
