Describe the feature you'd like

Now the curve project runs and compiles images using debian9. Since the base image is old, many dependencies are installed through manual compilation. I want to upgrade all images to debian10 or debian11.

Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy

Build compilation environment：build_and_run.
