[Bug] Resetting special exam attempts cause 401 error

Current Behavior
For any special exam attempts that are started, completed, or in error state, resetting the attempt will throw a 401 error and log the instructor out of the dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce
Setup:
Given a learner has been given an allowance on a special exam (timed or proctored)
If a student has started a special attempt (in progress, completed, errored)
As an instructor:

• Navigate to the Special Exams tab in the instructor dashboard
• In the Exam Attempts tab, click the three dot icon to open the overflow menu
• Click 'Reset'

Desired Behavior

• Resetting an exam attempt should succeed without logging instructor out of the dashboard.
• Resetting should immediately clear the attempt from the Exam Attempts data table

Hi @brianjbuck-wgu! I'm getting this on my local. @diana-villalvazo-wgu was also seeing the same error on her local. I'll check on making my frontend-base account a superuser account so I can enable special exams on the sandbox.
