Serial output does not shows 12 CTs even only 6 are active.

Scenario:

1. CTs 1-6 are active => serial shows P1-6 and E1-6
2. Activate CT7 => serial shows P1-12 and E1-12
3. == is it intended like this ? ==
4. Deactivate CT7 => serial still shows P1-12 and E1-12
5. Reboot
6. Serial shows P1-6 and E1-6

In general, maybe it should be better to only show active CTs. (If it's compatible with older OEM devices).

Deactivating CT7 should have made it only show 1-6 again - I'll check that. Yes, it's a compatibility issue - need to either show 6 or 12, otherwise it requires changes to the interfacers, which most people shouldn't have to be exposed to.

Easy one to fix - the active bit field was only ever set, never cleared. I'm making some changes to the CM block, so not up yet but I'll leave this open until I've commited :)
