Message time stamp is not visible from Slicer. #129
Description
While every OpenIGTLink message is time-stamped, the time stamp is not imported into the MRML node. It would be convenient if the OpenIGTLink interface recorded the time stamp in the node as an attribute, like other header metadata fields.
