Subject: [PATCH] fix: use EN screenshots for WhatsApp steps on EN channel
 deployment page

Step 3 and Step 4 were showing Chinese screenshots on the English page.
Updated to use the EN versions (whatsapp-linked-devices-en.png, whatsapp-scan-qr-en.png).
