Enable standard checks from OpenSearch core

OpenSearch has many standard checks that run during ./gradlew assemble, but the security repo has many of them turned off

loggerUsageCheck.enabled = false
forbiddenApisMain.enabled = false
forbiddenApisTest.enabled = false
filepermissions.enabled = false
forbiddenPatterns.enabled = false
testingConventions.enabled = false

I'm filing this issue to track enabling each of these checks to ensure this repo is compliant with the standard checks of OpenSearch components.
