Description
Base iit on :
- QUDT
- SOSA/SSN
Keep maintaining and developing our own sensorML/ positioning ontology.
Import external versions of ontologies after cleaning up duplicates:
- MMI/CF
- ???
Try to involve other organizations through a consensus process.
NIST, IEEE, DoD CIO, MMI, W3C, OGC?
