Enhancement on Nutanix IPI deployment : Using multiple Prism Central.

On Nutanix stretched infrastructure, we can have two Az, one per site, managed each by a prism central.
If we want to deploy an openshift strectched cluster on this scenario, it is not possible as the installer support only one Prism Central.
It will be interesting to be able to configure Prism Central needed informations in FailureDomains (platform/nutanix/failureDomains instead of platform/nutanix ) in install-config.yaml.
