[Feature] Add the ability for users to highlight important text in notes and bookmark notes for quick access

Summary:

Add the ability for users to highlight important text within notes and bookmark notes for quick access. This will improve note organization and make studying more efficient.

Motivation:

Currently, NotesVault allows users to upload and view notes but does not provide a way to mark important content or save favorite notes for later reference. Highlighting and bookmarking will help users quickly locate key information and personalize their study experience.

Possible Solution:

• Highlighting: Let users select text in a note and highlight it in one or more colors.

• Bookmarking: Bookmarked notes should appear in a separate “Bookmarks” section.

• UI/UX: Highlight toolbar on text selection.

Additional Context:

This feature aligns with other productivity tools, making NotesVault more competitive and user-friendly.

In your PR #771 you've added a highlight feature. It works just fine but kindly remove this option from there:

Jotpad is for taking short notes and quickly downloading them (for now atleast). The bookmark feature you've implemented is good but not production ready. Instead we'll use a backend and store those notes in a database:)

For now just implement the highlight notes feature and make another PR for it

Also when downloading notes from the download button, the notes are not highlighted. kindly fix that

Your new PR must target master branch. Sync your forked repo with master branch before you start to work on this issue
