[Bug] Drawing color cannot be changed in jotpad (locked to theme colors)

Description

The drawing feature in the jotpad currently ignores the selected color. The stroke color is hardcoded to white in dark mode and black in light mode. As a result, users cannot draw in any other color.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open jotpad and start drawing on the canvas.
2. Try selecting/changing the drawing color (via provided options).
3. Draw again.

Expected Behavior

The stroke should use the user-selected color.

Actual Behavior

The stroke color is always:

• White in dark theme
• Black in light theme
