`disp-s1` meta issue

Opening this to track problems/ requests from browsing DISP-S1 data

• when running the prepare/view directly on the .nc files, the reference dates reset. That is not noted in the README.
  • One possibility is to check into titiler's xarray support ([titiler.xarray] Better support for Multiscale Zarr (Groups) developmentseed/titiler#1071) and combine with Marin's on-the-fly re-referencing
• x-axis of time series plots doesn't parse dates, so large gaps are not obvious
