Update ClusterExtension API to support bundle installation configuration

Design new ClusterExtension API field to support bundle installation configuration.

Requirements:

• must be optional
• must enable installation configuration for different runtime back-ends/bundle formats (e.g. Helm, registry+v1, PKO, etc.)
• should be a minor/compatible API change
• could support different configuration formats (e.g. yaml, json, toml, llm prompts (😂), etc.)
