Access artifacts for cancelled workflows

When I'm trying to fix my new GHA setups I often cancel workflows early because they always get hung up by some really slow runners (like QEMU ones) that don't matter at that moment. However, this cancellation means that the latest artifacts don't make it to nightly.link because GH thinks that workflow is bad or something when I really just clicked the "cancel" button. Is it possible to make N.L also get the artifacts for all runs including those that got cancelled?
