Optiscaler text overlay problem

Hey. I used OptiScaler for the game Expedition 33. Due to frequent crashes, I had to remove it. However, the text overlay at the bottom of the screen—which appeared after installing OptiScaler and shows the DLSS version and other technical information—was never removed.
Even after deleting all OptiScaler files from the game’s installation directory and reinstalling the game several times, the overlay remained. Now, after installing Warhammer: Space Marine 2, even though I created a completely new folder and did not install OptiScaler at all, the same text is still visible.
I would like to know if there is any way to completely remove this overlay.
