OptiScaler Menu won't open in Witcher 3 Complete Edition

I'm using Witcher 3 Complete Edition (GOG.com version) in Fedora Linux 43 (Using Bottles flatpak application with Wine 11-rc1) and the Insert Button is not bringing up the OptiScaler Menu, the menu does show in other games I tired, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33/Control Ultimate Edition/Horizon ZD and it did work in Witcher with older versions of OptiScaler, I'm using version OptiScaler v0.9.0-pre7 (e8f27295) (20251215_232744) attached in a level 0 logfile, odd thing is that it is hooking and working, I can set the config file to use Nukems and it will work, I can select DLSS/Framegen in the Witcher menus, just pressing Insert tho does not show the menu, nor does the bottom left corner splash does show
