Cancellation and Refund Policy for Azhikon Chat App

Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users can request cancellations and refunds for services provided by the Azhikon chat app ("Azhikon") available at https://azhikon.club/. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

Users have the right to cancel their purchase of services from Azhikon within [X days] from the date of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, users must send an email to [support email] with the subject line "Cancellation Request - [Username/Order ID]."

2. Refund Policy

  2. Misrepresentation of Services: If Azhikon fails to deliver the services as described on the website.
  3. Cancellation within 24 hours: If the user cancels their purchase within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

2.2 Non-eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind: If the user simply changes their mind after purchasing the services.
  2. Violation of Terms: If the user violates Azhikon's terms of service or any applicable laws.
  3. Inactivity: If the user does not access or use the services after purchase, or state lack of activity as a reason.
  4. User Error: If the user encounters issues due to their own actions, negligence, or lack of technical expertise.

3. Refund Process

  1. Users must send a refund request to delwinmathew2004@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Username/Order ID]." The email should include the reason for the refund request and relevant details.
  2. The Azhikon team will review the refund request and determine its eligibility based on the criteria mentioned above.
  3. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  4. If the refund request is declined, the user will be notified via email with an explanation.
