I am new to lattice simulations, so please forgive me if this is a ridiculous question. I am wondering how difficult it would be to implement a $f(t)\epsilon_{\mu\nu\rho\sigma}G^{\mu\nu}G^{\rho\sigma}$ term to the simulation of pure gauge SU(2), where $f(t)$ is some function of time.

Welcome! I think that is not so hard to implement. $t$ is not the flow time but the (imaginary) time, right?
It can be implemented using existing topological charge operator and coordinate function in the code.

Thank you! I meant real time... I'd forgotten that the quantum lattice is only suitable for imaginary time calculations. Does your code also have the ability to simulate classical Yang Mills? Or if not, perhaps you know of a julia or python package with that capability? Thank you, and apologies for my ignorance!

I don't know about classical YM, one of my friends works on that.
I don't think that there are public code for it in python, Julia.
