Logging buttons

First of all, absolutely loving Baby Buddy, I don't think any other baby tracking app would have let me set this up.

I have my Baby Buffy instance hooked up to Home Assistant, where I have a bunch of Ikea's new Bilresa remotes set up. I set this one up to log diaper changes a week or two before our son was born:

It's magnetically attached to the top of our diaper pail. Hopefully the labels are self-explanatory 😂. When I set it up I asked my wife if she wanted one to log feedings too and she said no, but three days after we brought our boy home she was feeding him at like 3am and said "can you make me a button for this" lol

So here are the two feeding buttons I made for her (one for the nursery and one for the couch downstairs, so she doesn't have to bring one around the house with her)

I'm happy to share my HA automation setup for this as well if anyone wants it, but these buttons have probably the highest wife-approval-factor of any smart thing I've ever installed in the house.

Also, are the diaper buttons a coffee cup for pee and a Vonnegut-style anus for poop? 😆

Coffee is for poop (because it makes you poop 😂) and the little yellow splatter for pee lol
