Restricting Bottles to launch only one app, is it possible?

If I understand correctly, when you install Bottles you can easily launch every .exe on your pc (malware included).

Let's say I install Linux on a relative's pc, and only 1 Windows software that I can't replace with a Linux alternative.
Is there a way to make Bottles only launch this software? Nothing else.
Like a sort of whitelist inside Bottles.

Just to make sure they can't launch Windows executables downloaded with emails, from internet, or from external memories...

You could add it in Bottles, install it to the desktop, and hide Bottles itself from the UI?

Don't mean to hide Bottles app itself.
What I'm worried about is double-clicking an .exe file from the file manager (or other system windows, e.g. the "open with" popup of the mail client or the browser...) and the file is executed.
That is the normal behavior of Bottles, as I understand.

Isn't in Bottles any option to pre-select which file can be executed, or the folders in which the files should be, and block the execution of any other Windows file in the filesystem?
I think this can be a very useful security option...
