cannot build with libsass

Hi,

I'm trying to build a website using the gallery theme. https://themes.gohugo.io/themes/hugo-theme-gallery/
This theme require the extended edition to use libsass.

I then try to publish that site using https://statichost.eu
the build is failing with the following error:

ERROR TOCSS: failed to transform "/css/main.scss" (text/x-scss). Check your Hugo installation; you need the extended version to build SCSS/SASS with transpiler set to 'libsass'.: this feature is not available in your current Hugo version, see https://goo.gl/YMrWcn for more information

I've tried with the following images:

• hugomods/hugo:std-exts-0.144.2
• hugomods/hugo:reg-exts-0.144.2
• hugomods/hugo:reg-exts-0.141.0
• hugomods/hugo:reg-base-0.141.0

Any idea what I'm missing ?

Remove the 'reg-' from tag to use extended edition, reg/std stand for standard edition.

Thank you, I understood from the doc that std wouldn't work, but I didn't get it for reg.

But does it means that std-exts is never going to work?

The std (same as reg) prefix represents standard edition, images without that prefix represents extended edition.
In your case, libsass is available in extended edition, you should use tag without reg/std prefix.

However you might be confused by the exts suffix, which indicates that the image contains other useful packages and tools, auch as pandoc, autoprefixer and so on.

Indeed I was confused by the exts suffix.

I switched to non-root images as well, thanks for the support
