Regal v0.40.0

We're thrilled to announce Regal v0.40.0, and what better way to celebrate than crossing 1 million downloads! Thank you to everyone who has supported and contributed to Regal over these past 3 years.

This release includes:

• Two new linter rules: invalid-regexp and superfluous-object-get.
• Evaluate and Debug actions now prompt to create input.json when missing.
• Hover provider and inlay hint provider rewritten in Rego for better performance. Semantic tokens now supported in comprehensions and every expressions.
• Improved language server linting (more robust and faster).
• The vscode-opa extension has also been updated.
