hub/bouncer or relay on raspberry

I just learned of this app and am glad it exists. For different reasons I believe there must be decentralised blockchain communication for everyone and was hoping someone would het it out there. Chapo. Don't know if it's possible but I would want to participate and was thinking of setting up a raspberry pi near the freeway that collects and disperses buffered messages to a couple of cars passing by running bitchat to relay further up the network. What should I be using for that? Or another way to be a steady node or hub in the network of couple or interface to other mesh network and lift messages over to bitchat hope I make any sense . Not a coder here. Regards
