Listbox hover effect keep showing even after moving mouse out.

I am not sure if this is a feature or a bug.

Right, the hover effect keep showing in case you click an option inside list box and then move the mouse out.

1. No bug

• DO NOT click any option in the listbox
• Hover inside the options > hover shows
• Hover outside the options/list box > hover fades away

2. Possible bug

• Click any option in the listbox
• Hover inside the options > hover shows
• Hover outside the options > hover still shows
• Hover effect fades away AFTER clicking somewhere outside the listbox.

I think the hover effect should fade away when you move the mouse out of the listbox.

Is this considered a bug? If so, any chances to be fixed?

Same behavior observed, I think this should be considered as a bug. After clicking outside hover effect returns to normal behavior. This makes me think it is a bug.
