Code quality Apollo vs. Diamond

I found the following information about the Apollo template:

Top Notch Quality
Superior standards with 100% compatibility for strict mode and linting tools.

However, I would prefer the Diamond template. Are there any differences in code quality between the two?

Thank you for your interest. The implementation is pretty much the same across all templates. You may review Sakai NG which is open source.
