Using PrimeUI plugin to export JSON into Theme Designer

I've used the PrimeUI Theme Generator Plugin to export a JSON file but I have not been able to add a "secret key" because i don't know what that is. However, when i click export it does spit out a JSON file, attached below... When I try to import the Figma variables file (JSON file) I receive the message, "Error Name is required". I'm not quite sure what that is referring to as my Figma JSON file is called, tokens_test.json. Can you help me figure this out?

Hello, you'd need Theme Designer Extended License to receive a secret key (api key). PrimeUI Figma plugin uses this api key to contact our service that converts the tokens json file to actual theme code.

Ok, I am checking with my boss to see if they purchased the Theme Designer Extended License. Am I correct in saying, exporting a proper JSON file from Figma is NOT achievable without having the “secret key” and the only way to get that key is to have the Theme Designer Extended License? Here's what I sent PrimeTek. I'm posting it here because I don't seem to have any other way to get in touch with Cagatay.

"Ok, I have confirmation from my company that we bought the licenses for the Theme Designer Extended License which should allow me to use the “secret key” and thus allow me to export the appropriate JSON file. Here is what our purchaser of the product said:

Is there a way we can get in touch with someone on the phone and work this out in a timelier manner. This back and forth on email every few days is not working. I’m trying to be respectful and patient but PrimeTek’s customer service, thus far, has been less than adequate. We purchased your product, and it doesn’t work correctly. I don’t believe any additional premium support package is warranted here as your product is currently not working as it should. From here, what do we need to do to get this key?

Cagatay, I understand that people are busy but you have made a product used by many people across the world and it's not fair to them to receive such poor customer service. Supplying documentation and videos about PrimeNG is nice but not good enough for customer service. I tracked you down on LinkedIn to get answers and you sent me here to Github, which I did, but my questions are never addressed for days or even a week. This is not acceptable from a business. I did a search on LinkedIn to get help from other people using PrimeNG and there's lots of people using it. You have the resources to hire some people to help with customer service. Please consider doing so. Not everything is about money. We are all people who have bought your product because we believe in it and like it so I think we all deserve a little respect to have our questions answered in a timely manner. Thank you.
