Changes in Digital Notebooks

Turtl development seems inactive and stalled, as the last server commits were made more than 7 months ago, while the mobile apps haven't seen a single change in more than 32 months (last Android version is on 2019-02-02).

I would also like to propose Quillnote to be added to the "Worth Mentioning" section of the Digital Notebooks. Quillnote is an free and open-source clone of Google Keep, with additional features like markdown support, group notes, and .zip backup/import options. It is for Android only, available on F-Droid and Google Play.

It seems that Quillnote has not had an update in 5 months, therefore there is little reason to suggest it either.
