Wii U gamepad "pipe" using Vanilla

It'd be handy to include support for Vanilla in RetroNAS, specifically in the form of a "pipe" so frontends (phones) can piggyback on a machine running RetroNAS and act as a Wii U gamepad.

I haven't tried Vanilla yet, but if this is acceptable, I'd be happy to contribute when I find some time.

yeh why not, if you want to have a crack at adding support go for it, just do changes against the testing branch

my replacement wii-u psu arrived a couple of days ago so i could add/test this if needed
