Enabling IBM Internal Only usage Analytics for zopen community tools

We are introducing IBM-only usage analytics to some of our zopen community tools. This is aimed at helping us understand usage patterns to ultimately make the tools better for you.

Please be assured of the following:

• IBM Internal Only: This analytics feature is active only when the tools are run within IBM's private network. It actively verifies this condition before collecting any data. The code is open source, and you can review it here: https://github.com/zopencommunity/zusage

• No Performance Impact: The analytics process is designed to be lightweight and runs separately from the main tool process. Our internal testing over a one-month period confirms that it does not negatively affect tool performance or functionality.

• Purpose: The sole goal is to gather insights into which tools and features are used most frequently and on what types of systems. This information will directly inform our efforts to improve the tools and the overall developer experience.

• Validation: We have already tested this analytics feature within IBM development teams without encountering any issues.
