[Feature request] Make an API call when new event is created on OSCHub

Send a GET request to https://osc-api.herokuapp.com/api/v1/event/announcement?key=KEY endpoint when a new event is created.
Upon event creation, calling the endpoint will automatically send out a Discord announcement.
