Implement CRD validating webhooks based on OpenSLO type validations

Once we move to using OpenSLO types, we will be able to utilize each types' Validate() methods in https://book.kubebuilder.io/cronjob-tutorial/webhook-implementation .

This will give us complex validation without, hopefully, much effort on our part.
