mark-topo-nodes

Add tags to all nodes that don't have any tags and are in multiple ways or members of relations.

Add tag _in=ways if the node is in several ways, or
Add tag _in=rel if the node is member of a relation.

Run

odmt-mark-topo-nodes -o OUTDIR INPUT-FILE
