Non-Okta/SSO auth

We need to have the ability for users to log in outside the standard SSO flow.

This will:

• Increase the product's flexibility
• Allow every-day users to log in without the annoyance of Okta MFA

Requirements

• passwords hashed with bcrypt
• Global admin configurability:
  • accounts should be whitelist. Admin whitelists a specific email or email domain, once that is done, the user is able to create an account with it.
• for single email allowance, send an email that "you have been invited to create a CoreDesk account"
• forgotten password flow

I can take this on. This seems interesting. I would also like to maybe meet on Zoom to understand this a bit better. This issue will have multiple PRS. #119 is the first and will lay the foundation for completing and finishing a full login and signup functionality. @jackcrane
