Propose a new structure of the model

The structure of the model sometimes feels a bit too artificial just for the sake of symmetry (1 function has always three practices, one practice has always two streams).

The goal of this task is to revisit the model and analyse if we can make it simpler by giving up the hard requirement on symmetry.
