Incorrect visualisation of business function scores

The score overview in the Scorecard tab shows bars to visualize the current maturity level, The length of those bars are incorrect are obviously incorrect, the one in the verification business function is much too long,

This could be a consequence of the broken links outlined in #25, since it affects the same business function.

I analyzed the problem. The barcharts are generated using conditional formatting and the maximum value for the "Verification" barchat is 1 instead of 3. Also there is an unnecessary duplicate conditional formatting rule.

It can be fixed the following way:

• Select cells with bar chart
• Home -> Conditional Formatting -> Manage Rules...
• Remove duplicate rule
• Select remaining rule
• Edit Rule... -> Adjust maximum

Also the security practices from the "Operations" business function are affected. They have a maximum of 3 instead of 1, therefore, the bars are too small compared to the other security practices.
