Feature proposal - prevent deletion on server

A bit of functionality that I would like is an option for the client to not delete files on the server if they're deleted locally. This would be good if a person wants to use owncloud as a backup as well as cloud storage.

Of course, if a person wanted the server to delete files they delete locally, you could re-enable the option for a given file.

That’s what selective syncing is for. If we start doing this on a per-file basis, people will be very confused about what syncs (and which files exist) and what doesn’t.
