Existing Photo Backup

I am Iphone X I have owncloud server setup but when I turn out upload photos and videos it doesn't backup existing photos instead it only backups the ones shot after activating the option

Is this something that you're taking into consideration?
Like many, I've a owncloud at home: if enabling autoupload of pictures, this will fail when not at home. And as Majboor is saying, old pictures are not uploaded. Is there a way of creating a sync features for the gallery?

• like on a manual (or automatic) request, the Iphone/Ipad gallery should sync with the server (and this considering modified/deleted or added pictures)
